Participants and training
You can take part with your own or any other car if you have a valid driving licence. If the car driven ist not your own car, it has to be in mutual consent with car owner. Passengers (miniumum age 12 years) are allowed to join the driver on the track, but may not drive.
We like to see both, ladies and gentlemen, at the starting grid. Things to bring with you: A bit of experience, a safe car – irrelevant if Mini or Ferrari - and most important a cheerful disposition. It is mandatory for all participants to wear helmets (which can be rented at our office).
The participants will be divided into groups and the ring will be divided into sections. Each group will have one coach. There will be at least one instructor for each section, who will explain the safest driving technique to participants. If necessary, there will be a discussion on driving style and improvements after each passage.
Finishing Test
Our course ends with one round Nürburgring. During this finishing test chances for all participants are equal as at 24 locations of the Ring we assess with points from 1 to 10 the driving style only. Speed is of no importance.
Prizewinners of Finishing Test are:
The 6 best drivers of each group, 3 in category Sports Drivers and 3 in category Routiniers.
All over assessment: the 10 best drivers each in category Sports Drivers and Routiniers as well as 6 best drivers in category Winners' Group.
Ladies: The best Lady Driver in category Sports Drivers and the best in category Routiniers.
All subsequently placed drivers will receive the “Scuderia Hanseat Cup”.
