Cancellation insurance
We would like to point out that cancellation insurance can be taken out when taking part in our sports driver course, which is comparable to taking out travel cancellation insurance. Replacement participant registered by the participant
If a registered participant cannot take part in the course and notifies Scuderia of a replacement who will then take the place which has been booked, Scuderia will carry out this rebooking free of charge.
However, if you change your booking at short notice prior to the sports driver course, you are not entitled to have the participant’s name corrected in the program booklet or the documents which are handed out during the course.
In the above-mentioned cases, the participant’s respective remaining credit will be used for a newly booked course.
Rebooking to a participant from the waiting list
If a registered participant cannot take part in the course and the Scuderia has an appropriate waiting list for the course, and the person from the waiting list takes the place of the registered participant, this rebooking is also free of charge.

In the above-mentioned cases, the participant’s respective remaining credit will be used for a newly booked course.
Rebooking for a subsequent course without a substitute participant
The following fees apply for rebooking to a subsequent courses without a substitute participant:
- Rebooking up to and including 60 days before the start of the course:
A EUR 200.00 rebooking fee will be charged. - Rebooking up to and including 45 days before the start of the course:
A EUR 600.00 rebooking fee will be charged. - Rebooking up to and including 30 days before the start of the course:
A EUR 1,200.00 rebooking fee will be charged. - Rebooking up to and including 15 days before the start of the course:
The reservation fee shall be due as the rebooking fee.
In the above-mentioned cases, the participant’s respective remaining credit will be used for a newly booked course.
- Rebooking later than 15 days before the start of the course:
The entire course fee shall due as a rebooking fee.
Credit for a newly booked course will not be given.
Note regarding rebookings
If family or health reasons prevent you from taking part in our courses at a later date, you can also obtain a refund for the credit that remains after applying the cancellation conditions.
By request, our management shall decide on this at its own discretion in individual cases, and can request the presentation of suitable evidence which rules out participation at a later date.
